I know you offer coaching, mental health support, signposting and advice. Are you planning to offer any other services in the future?

In the future, we would like to offer counselling services with a BACP-accredited counsellor. We hope this will be available through our partnerships as well as privately. 

Can I access your services on the NHS?

We are available on the NHS in some locaiities! We have a page that explains how the process works, as it can be complicated.

Can I access your services through my educational establishment?

Only in Milton Keynes, sadly. We have a page that explains how the process works, as it can be complicated.

NHS is not an option for me where I am. Can you offer reduced rates? I am struggling.

SPARK is proudly able to offer reduced rates to clients who need them, for people who refer themselves directly to us. Get in touch to book an appointment.

Are face-to-face appointments available?

SPARK offers the vast majority of its appointments on a virtual basis using Whereby—a video calling platform that ensures privacy of participants, no confusing links each time, or installing of apps that don't work (looking at you, Teams) whether on your phone or your computer. If a face-to-face appointment is desired, the following policies apply:
