Theodora Olurontomi
Children and Young People's Mental Health Practitioner
Theodora is passionate about supporting children and young people, particularly in the areas of mental health and emotional wellbeing, as a youth worker with a lot of experience. Theodore is a dog mum to a two-year-old, female French Bulldog named Roro. Theodora enjoys watching TV shows, movies, listening to music, reading, podcasts, cooking, chilling with friends and family. She thinks of herself as a "big nerd" who is a huge Marvel and Disney fan, as well as a Lakers fan—as well as being interested in a little anime!
Having experienced her own mental health journey, she understands the challenges that can arise and the importance of creating a safe space for children and young people to express themselves. This personal experience has fuelled her desire to help others, particularly young people, navigate their own mental health challenges. She is committed to promoting resilience, understanding, and growth, and strives to make a positive impact in the lives of those who need it most.
